Classes

Every other Tuesday night we will offer a cooking class with a three-course dinner for 8-12 people. Cooking class participants are welcome to invite guests to dinner with them, reservations are required.

5:30-6:00 Reception featuring house-made sodas + snacks
6:00-8:00 Class
8:00-9:30 3-course Dinner

Price per class (unless otherwise noted)
$95 per adult cooking class, dinner included
$45 per additional dinner reservation
Tax + gratuity not included. Beer and wine available during dinner.

April

April 5 : Open Kitchen

Refine your home-cooking techniques and the Farm & Table Box. Bring your questions and skills that you want to learn and Scott Pampuch will teach and guide you through simple new ways of cooking with the food you'll find in your Farm & Table box.



April 19 : Family Cooking Class (10-15 year-olds):

Come share a class with your kids and learn the basics of kitchen safety, knife skills, and making pasta. $95 per adult, $50 per 10-15-year-olds, dinner included.



May

May 3 : Open Kitchen

Refine your home-cooking techniques and the Farm & Table Box. Bring your questions and skills that you want to learn and Scott Pampuch will teach and guide you through simple new ways of cooking with the food you’ll find in your Farm & Table box.



May 17 : Pig Love

Learn the basics of making sausage, pancetta, bacon, braise and roasts. $125 per person.



May 31 : Family Cooking Class (6-10-year-olds)

Come share a class with your kids and learn the basics of kitchen safety and helping out. Adults learn knife skills while kids plant a seed garden.$95 per adult, $35 per 6-10-year-olds, dinner included.

June

June 14 : Foraging + Cooking

Scott Pampuch, Corner Table, and Kathy Yerich, our resident forager, will teach what wild foods you can find around Minnesota and how to cook with them.



June 28 : Grilling

Learn how to keep your harvest for winter months.

July 26 : Vegetables

Chop, slice, dice, mince. Learn techniques on how to prepare and cook your veggies.
