Try growing some of your own food. Whether it be a large garden or a pot of lettuce in a sunny window. There are few better ways of thinking about food, both how it's grown and prepared, than being a part of the process, from seed to table.

Please arrive at the restaurant at 6pm. You'll be able to park around the neighborhood and we will have a reception inside the restaurant. The event will be held outside in a HEATED TENT, so we encourage you to dress accordingly, there will be a short walk from the restaurant to the tent, so we would suggest no heels. Since the winter is upon us, please pay attention to the weather, if the temperature and the sky’s are against us, we will have the heaters cranked up and will keep it as warm as possible. We are expecting a tent temperature of 50-55 degrees.

The dinner will be over around 10pm. The city would like to have their street back and the tear down crew for the tent needs to be done by 12midnight. We will have the dining room open after that if you care to join us. If you have any questions, please feel free to email -information@TourdeFarmMN.com

Ok, Scott, we know you can sometimes be a little crazy but I trust you and bought tickets. Just a question - exactly how warm will it be in the heated tent? I don't need a temperature, just a general indication of what I should be wearing?

- Snow pants
- Corduroys
- Jeans
- Shorts

Look forward to what I am sure will be a memorable evening!
